I think it is quite useful website, a free service to webmasters to block entire countries: http://www.blockacountry.com. I'm in no way associated with them, but I used their website to generate an .htaccess file for my website, so as thanks to their service I'd like to post this message about them.

Thanks to that website we have banned India, Nigeria, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. We had 100% spam from those countries.
