I have Verizon DSL and although the signal is available at the main wireless modem all the time on whatever of the 12 channels, the secondary computer often loses the signal, which forces me to change my channel. This happens as often as every few days.
I'll be honest, it seems to be something diabolical. It doesn't seem like a random occurence - it's as if someone deliberately does it, perhaps to interrupt any Internet security systems or websites. Or just to cause extreme frustration. And I don't think it's correlated to new subscribers. Does anyone know if I can diagnose this myself by tracing the lines somehow - the signal comes in over the phone. Perhaps I should back-trace from there. It's extremely troubling. I called Verizon many months ago but I'm tired of calling them - it doesn't help at all. Thanks, JF

Best is to stop using cellular (mobile) phones or use them only for emergencies. I say this wishing you good health and not to die from a brain tumor. I've read so much about it that I never have cellphone. In fact, I had a cellphone for 1 1/2 years and got sick with nervous system disease, but as soon as I got rid of the cellphone I became healthy again! Same applies to cordless home phones. Get yourself a land line and a bunch of white envelopes. Oh, and if that's internet DSL connection you are complaining about then get a cable internet instead.

By Verizon DSL, I mean my broadband Internet service - it's a fast Internet modem, it's not a cellphone.
Thanks.
